Geez, when you don't look at this everyday, things popup internally about your own department and members While 'frackman', I can't stop you from posting internal issues about our department on here, I wish you would have aired them with either the Chief of myself. Glenn Usdin and Lancasterfire.com have provided a very great tool for us, but it can work against you and us as a deparment if the "wrong" individuals get involved. While this thread has been productive and the insight has stayed on track, especially from the veteran firefighters and instructors AKA "Bill Hall", I think we need to air this out at the station.

Clint, alot of us on here, including myself have rode the "junior boat" and weathered the rough waves for 4 years, but we all hit 18 years old and moved on to be older & wiser firefighters.

So with that said, I can gonna ask the mod's (glenn? sly?) to lock it up while all is still good and these issues will be handled internally.
